- Perform complex calculation according to stakeholders requests
- Review calculations created by others to ensure good quality of the outcome
- Develop/improve/create calculation procedures and processes for components strength calculations
- Lead, teach and explain to others the procedures and processes for components strength calculation
- Ownership of the calculation backlog, review, prioritize and follow-up tasks
- Stakeholders management, discuss and align expectations and deliverable for every task
- Advise and lead stakeholders on how to approach complex calculation topics to optimize time and results

- Master or above degree, major in engineering mechanical or equivalent
- More than 3 years’ components or system strength calculation experience in machinery industrial, elevator/escalator industry experience is preferable
- Experience with Ansys workbench / Spaceclaim / Mathcad and Ansys scripting/ Altair hypermesh
- Excellent communication skills, needed to collaborate and explain to others
- Excellent social skills, to adjust the technical language based on what the situation requires
- Strong ability of analysis and problem solving, highly motivated with innovative and creative mindset
- Good oral and written language skills both in Chinese and English
