Lead team to achieve project targets with respect of delivery “on time”, “on spec/quality” and “cost saving”. Tasks registration, scheduling, ordering and tracking to ensure customer requirements' implementation and delivery. * Program version planning with support of SW project team members regarding delivery date and content of the SW
Cost tracking, controlling and continuous efficiency improvement
Planning and tracking of quality assurance measures and metrics in the sub-project
Release of program versions on time
Planning and monitoring of the project resources consumption
Co-operation during team set up, operative management of the SW Sub-Project team members
Regular project status report to management
Participation in Problem Resolution Management (identification, recording, analyzing, implementation, track to closure, monitoring)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above software-engineering/electronics/Vehicle engineering/control engineering
Software language skill (C language/C++ language/Assembly programming)
Embedded System Knowledge
Familiar with the software developing process and software test method
