Job Category: Electrical EngineeringJob Description:YOU MUST HAVE:College or Bachelor 's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering ;Experience in 3-phase full bridge topology inverter HW test. function block electrical circuit test , HW integration test and whole inverter function and performance validation ;Experience in validation of components level : power module /Film capacitor/Gate driver/Isolated Power supply;Preferred knowledge for embedded system: Multi-Microprocessor , SMPC and analog and digital signals measurement ;Experience in DVP test legs plan , especial for HW performance and EMC validation process and standards , and EOL/AOP specification for inverter ;Familiar with equipment like : Power analyzer , oscilloscope , insulation analyzer , Current/voltage probes and othersWE VALUE:At least 3+ years' experience in hybrid or EV inverter development validation ;Demonstrated ability of contributing innovative technologies and applications for products issue findings ;Diverse and global teaming and collaboration , also good English communication .;Develop and mentor members and junior engineers in both technical issues and in proper behaviors with internal and external customers ;Familiar with hardware test instrument and measurements .POSITION ROLESTraction inverter power stage hardware development validation .Product design upgrade, hardware design validation spec.Support HW DVP , failure root cause analysis, benchmark activities ;Model development, Verification & Validation for customer projectCustomer fast response support during project execution
