As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist- Business & Commercial APAC, you will report to strategic scouring manager. This role is expected to develop and execute the sourcing strategy for below assigned categories in APAC. To establish strategic business relationships with external suppliers & internal business leaders as well as internal key stakeholders and to drive values for stakeholders including savings, Contract/Risk management, contracting strategy etc.
  • Indirect- Sundries (Goods for Resale, OEM, Finished Goods, Store Equipment, Tools, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive regional or global sourcing strategy including single source elimination, procurement centralization, resource consolidation and frame agreement negotiation
  • Sourcing new suppliers to achieve cost reduction and leverage incumbent vendors
  • Implement LCCS in ANZ and support Business Growth
  • Optimize Tendering Process to ensure compliance and effective competitive bidding
  • Supplier relationship maintenance and supplier performance management
  • Continuously optimize working processes to improve internal customer satisfaction
  • Contract coverage enhancement; Working Capital Improvements
Qualifications
  • 3~5 years working experience in Procurement or Marketing
  • Category Sourcing for Indirect, Goods for Resale (Sundries), Finished Coating (OEM) for APAC
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills; Self-starters and Quick learner.
  • Excellent analytical and judgment skills; Structured and able to manage projects through cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, Australia background is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
