  • Develop and execute financial and operational strategies to enhance profitability, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
  • Lead performance KPI setting and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, GTM and Supply Chain to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Streamline workflows and integrate best practices to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Communicate complex insights to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Collaborate with global sales finance teams to deliver agile, high-quality financial solutions and drive business excellence.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA/Master’s) or certifications (e.g., CMA, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in commercial finance management, 5 years business partnering to CXO level managers and team development experience is a must.
  • Financial business partnering experience for China e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin, cross-border), supporting sales/marketing operations. Familiarity with platform financial workflows (settlements, co-op ad reconciliations, payment risk control)
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change in cross-cultural settings.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; fluency in English and Chinese.
