2. Aware of all arrivals and departures FIT, groups and especially VIP guests and special attention guests.掌握全部预抵及离店FIT、团队特别是VIP宾客的详细资料并对宾客悉心照顾3. Coordinate with reservation regarding group check in, cancellation reservation on hand, etc.与预订部门协调团队入住、预订取消等事宜4. Authorize and coordinate VIP standards.制定并调整VIP接待标准5. Daily check any 6 pm arrival and outstanding departure.每日查看晚于六点的预抵以及延迟退房状况6. Prepare monthly report reviewing achievements and assessing improvements as well as reviewing guest statistical data.准备月度业绩报表以及评估改进报表并审核宾客统计数据7. Ensure effective networking and communication with outside bodies in order to inform them of room availability.确保与第三方组织保持高效沟通以随时告知其客房可卖情况8. Ensure all credit adjustment and rebates are correctly accounted and recorded.确保所有信用卡账目调整以及扣减操作正确并详细记录9. Ensure all master folios are checked before end of the shift.确保班次结束前检查全部相关账目10. Prepare necessary room voucher and other information for following day's business.根据当日业务需求准备必要的房券及其他信息11. Ensure night audit streams are administrated efficiently and correctly according to hotel procedure and policy.确保根据酒店相关规章制度进行夜审12. Ensure room keys are checked and secure.确保房卡已被妥善查验并安全放置13. Maintain a log of all odd or strange things that happened during the shift for Front Office Manager to review.将当班期间全部异常事件记录在案以便前厅部经理查验14. Develop and maintain good relation with hotel guests.与酒店宾客维持良好关系15. To be available in the lobby area during the absence of Lobby Host.在宾客接待员缺岗期间履行其职责16. Maintain and controls the use of luggage room to ensure complete accuracy.维持并控制行李房的使用以确保其状态良好17. Instruct Bell Attendant of all hotel events, facilities and services and ensures they can provide this information to guests.告知礼宾员酒店中所有活动、设施以及服务并确保其可将相关信息告知宾客18. Coordinate with z-line and ensure all incoming calls and inquiries are handled promptly.与宾客服务部门协调确保全部来电及宾客要求均被妥善处理19. Ensures guests luggage, letters, faxes and messages are delivered and collected as required.确保根据要求接收并运送宾客行李、信件、传真以及留言20. Oversees the lobby area, reporting defects i.e. cleanliness, furniture, flower/plants etc.巡视大堂区域并汇报任何出现的问题,例如:清洁状况、家具摆放、鲜花绿植21. Ensure that all incoming fax and messages are handed and delivered to the guests immediately.确保所有传真及信息及时并迅速地转交给客人22. Represent the management during the shift.当值期间履行管理人员职责23. Understand the role in case of Emergency such as Fire, Bomb Threat, Flood, etc.了解在紧急情况下的岗位职责,例如:火灾、炸弹威胁、洪水等24. Run night audit and make send out relevant reports during night shift.夜班经理根据程序过夜审并发送相关报告。25. Control Host House Bank.监控宾客接待员备用金26. Responsible for in room Deposit Box and Safe Deposit at Front Office.负责管理客房内及前台保险箱27. Handle other duties given by Front Office Manager.完成前厅经理交于的其他职责28. Coordinate with Driver to ensure the transportation bookings are handle correctly.
