About this Position
  • The Network Supply Planning Manager is a key role in supply planning who is responsible for leading the Finished Goods Planning team to ensure that finished goods supply is closely aligned with business needs, achieve efficient net demand management, and work with the MPS & material planning to address and resolve issues such as capacity, supply shortages and inventory to ensure the continuity, stability and cost-effectiveness of finished goods supply.
What you´ll do
  • Net requirement planning:
- Establish a close communication mechanism with the business planning, gain in-depth understanding of business strategies, sales forecasts and market trends, and ensure accurate demand input for finished goods plans.
  • Stock Deployment Plan formulation and execution:
- Based on net demand forecasts, formulate finished goods inventory and distribution plans, and clarify the production quantity, inventory level. Coordinate MPS/RM planning, logistics team and related team to ensure the effective implementation of finished goods plan, monitor key links in the plan execution process, and solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Internal and external collaboration:
- Host and convene country S&OP meetings to integrate supply planning information to maintain information transparency and drive decision making, follow-up and resolution of supply planning related issues.
- Accurately convey finished goods demand to the MPS/RM Planning, and provide detailed information such as demand quantity, time requirements and quality standards to develop joint plans to solve problems such as capacity bottlenecks and supply shortages and ensure that raw material supply can meet the needs of finished goods production.
  • Inventory Management:
- Set the safety inventory level of finished goods and dynamically adjust it according to demand fluctuations and supply stability to ensure that inventory costs are minimized while meeting customer needs. Monitor inventory dynamics, oversee inventory in and out, inventory balance, inventory age, etc. Deal with inventory backlogs and OSMI in a timely manner, and propose and drive reasonable action, such as returns, re-balance, scrapping, etc.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, organize and analyze various data related to finished goods planning, including demand data, production data, inventory data and logistics data, etc., to provide data support for planning decisions. Regularly prepare reports related to finished goods planning and report to management on key indicators of finished goods supply, such as service level, inventory level, plan execution accuracy, etc., as well as existing issue and improvement suggestions.
  • Team Management:
- Task allocation and performance management, team development and collaboration.What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management, supply chain management, business administration and other related majors are preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning management.
  • Professional knowledge: proficient in supply chain management principles, inventory management, demand forecasting and other related knowledge. Agile, quick learner, open minded andhas certain level of strategic thinking.
  • Excellent planning, organization, coordination and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with x-team.
  • Problem solving and data analysis : Strong data analysis, use data and facts to identify problem, then be able to find out root cause and resolve problem.
  • Communication and influencing, be able to work with cross functions and drive changes in virtual teams (no direct reporting line teams ).
