Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with a strong interest in the AI domain. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java), with a solid foundation in programming. Understanding of basic AI principles and common algorithms, preferably with experience in AI projects such as machine learning, deep learning, and large models. Familiarity with software testing processes and methods, with in-depth understanding and experience in automated testing preferred. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to think independently and solve problems. Strong learning and adaptation abilities, capable of quickly mastering new technologies and applying them in practical work.
