- Align learning and talent strategies with the bank’s overall business goals, focusing on core competencies and future skill requirements.
- Design and implement bank-wide learning and talent development programs that foster organizational growth and individual capability building.
- Lead the end-to-end talent management and succession planning processes to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
- Collaborate closely with Group and Entity HR teams, China management, and relevant HR functions to localize and execute initiatives tailored to business needs.
- Manage policies, processes, projects, and budgets within the scope of responsibility, and provide expert consultation to the China management team.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational and talent development to inform strategic planning.
- Lead and develop the Learning & Talent Development team, enhancing team capabilities and driving continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiency.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Management or related fields.
- Deep expertise in organizational and talent development, including competency modeling, learning and development, succession planning, and future skills cultivation.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable talent initiatives.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
- Collaborative team player who builds trust and strong partnerships across functions.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in challenging environments.
- Strong market awareness and familiarity with modern talent development tools and methodologies.
- Respectful and supportive of others’ career growth and development.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in team leadership. Experience in organizational development, learning, talent management, and HR Business Partner roles is highly preferred.
