5、协同软件团队完成硬件-软件联调，优化系统性能；。岗位要求：1、硕士或博士学历，电子，电气工程相关专业；2、精通模拟/数字电路设计，熟悉常用元器件选型及降额设计；
3、熟悉电机驱动电路、电源管理系统（BMS、DC-DC BUCK/BOOST电路）设计、STM32单片机系统、运放电路设计、高速数字电路设计；
4、熟练使用EDA工具（Altium Designer、Cadence、PADS）和电路仿真工具（Multisim、SPICE、Cadence等）完成原理图与PCB设计；
5、熟悉硬件测试工具（示波器、逻辑分析仪、频谱仪、LCR测试仪、电子负载等）及测试方法；
