Your roleMissionYour mission is to lead, coach and motivate project control team to focus on CPI project operation, and response to the variance of stock, cost, employee utilization, delivery in time, submit accurate reports to Project Team Manager, become an internal and external connect of project operation, continuously think improved ways of project operation.您的使命是领导、指导和激励项目控制团队，关注马头动力工具的项目运营，对库存、成本、人员效率、交货期的变化及时作出反应，为项目管理部经理提供准确的报告，成为项目运营内外沟通的枢纽。为项目运营的持续改善，出谋划策。Major ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage and monitor all projects in SAP.
  • Project process execution management, process document update management
  • SHP delivery issues management, periodically have meeting with Nante logistic team.
  • Collaborate with finance team for OI planning and OR forecast monthly.
  • Collaborate with CPS for NIS transfer management, service labor control.
  • Check BOM list of precal file compared with contract.
  • Create projects in SAP system.
  • Feedback project cost variance to project manager monthly
  • Lead team to cooperate with logistic team for Work in Process (WIP) check, internal and external audit.
  • Overall Project cost control
  • Submit monthly reports to Project Team Manager on time.
  • Stock and WIP management
  • Goods receiving and delivery management.
任务职责包括但不限于:
  • 在SAP系统里管理和监控所有的项目运行
  • 项目流程执行管理，及流程文档的更新管理
  • 途泰关键订单交期管理，定期和南特总部的物流部门开会，检查货期及优先级调整
  • 和财务团队协作，做好每月的OI计划和OR预测
  • 和服务团队协作，做好服务NIS划转管理以及服务工时的管理
  • 检查预算文件的物料清单，对与合同范围的一致性进行管理
  • 负责在SAP系统里创建新项目
  • 每月向项目经理及时反馈项目成本的变化
  • 带领团队与物流团队合作，做好在制品盘点，内审及外部审计工作
  • 总体项目成本控制
  • 按时给项目部经理提交月报
  • 负责库存及在制品的管理
  • 负责收/发货管理
To succeed, you will needEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor or above
  • Over 5 years project control experience.
  • Familiar with SAP project management
  • Familiar with finance, accounting operation is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, positive attitude towards challenges
  • Computer competence with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good command of English both in oral, reading and writting
