- Sales Targets: Be responsible for APE product sales and achieve sales targets in your assigned area through personal sales efforts and distributor collaboration.
- Networking: Approach new customers and distributors within the designated industry to expand our market share.
- Market Intelligence: Provide timely and accurate sales and market information to your Sales Manager, keeping the team informed of market trends and customer needs.
- Training Coordination: Organize technical training sessions for key account customers and distributors, enhancing their understanding of our products.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and dealers to facilitate sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, aftermarket, logistics, and credit teams to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
- After Sales Support: Collaborate with the aftermarket team to deliver excellent after-sales service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Logistics Coordination: Keep a close relationship with the logistics team to ensure orderly delivery of machines to customers.
- Product Support Communication: Engage with the product team to secure necessary product support to address customer needs effectively.
- Account Receivables Management: Take responsibility for account receivables in compliance with the company's credit policy to maintain financial integrity.
- You have over 2 years of experience in a machinery sales function
- Majoring in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating effective teamwork, self-motivation, goal orientation, and energy.
- Proficient reading and written English, with CET-4 or above qualifications.
- Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft applications.
- A willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.
