Job Requirementsa) Acting as the Cyber technical subject matter expert in relation to the cyber controls required to meet the legislative requirements, e.g. the China Data Security Law (DSL), Cyber Security Law (CSL), Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Cross-border Data Transfer (CBDT) and other security requirements.b) Providing guidance to the China business, data owners and cyber security-related projects (such as the CBDT project) on the security controls required to meet the regulatory requirements, and the identification of gaps / remediation actions.c) Conducting cyber education & awareness sessions for key stakeholders on the specific China regulatory requirementsd) Actively track developments and changes to the China cyber compliance landscape and the business to ensure that risks are adequately addressed in the cyber security roadmap.e) Working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams on the implementation of controls to comply with new regulatory requirements.f) Perform compliance gaps remediation tracking and remediation, developing periodical report and dashboard.g) Provide support on authority inspection if any on cybersecurity topics, to prepare necessary documents and draft assessment report.h) Provide technical support for diverse security domains, such as application security, DevSecOps, IR response, SOC/SIEM and other data security initiatives.
