At Seagate, we know that data is always in motion, alive, connected-and we harness it in order to maximize human potential.Seagate Wuxi Finance accounting team is mainly responsible for Supplier payment, Employee reimbursement, Employee payroll processing and monthly/quarterly/yearly Statutory reporting. We need work closely with every department users, Global Financial Share service center colleges and liaise with government officers to complete the daily works and compliance with regulations.About the role - you will:● Support Account Payable function on basic transactions, like match supplier invoices, check employee reimbursement documents, etc.
● Data sorting and consolidation in excel, to support spending variance analysis.
● Support other function in Finance accounting team, if need.About you:● Self-motivated and independent learner
● Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Resourceful and savvy professional that is committed to finding solutions and making an impact
● Good team player with stakeholder management skills
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
● Detail-oriented and organizedYour experience includes:● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Audit, Economic or other Finance related majors
● Good knowledge of general Finance principles
