Job Summary:To provide high levels of customer care support for the clients of Allianz Partners on product and service enquiries received via the service hotline for Personal Lines, Travel Insurance, Roadside Assistance, and Home Appliances Protection.Responsibilities:
Handling customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner via the service hotline
Respond quickly and politely to all inbound calls, client, and service partner with the professional service standard at all times
Complete other work as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or equivalent would be an advantage
2 years of working experience within a call center environment
Past work experience in General Insurance or Travel Agency is a plus
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (verbal and written
