  • 参与“卓越工厂”及其他基于信息技术驱动的制造系统建设，推动制造流程的智能化与自动化。
  • 拥有扎实的IT专业知识，同时聚焦于制造领域的实际应用，能够将数字技术有效融入生产环节。
  • 深入掌握某一技术领域（如MES系统、ERP集成、工业数据分析等），并能运用既有经验和技术能力制定并执行相关政策和策略。
  • 理解企业的核心业务驱动力，并据此优化自身工作流程；深入了解团队职能与其他部门之间的协同关系，为整体业务目标提供支持。
  • 在设定的参数之外，具备一定判断力，能够在指导下提出创新性解决方案，解决复杂程度适中的问题。
  • 善于利用过往经验和在职培训，独立完成中等难度的任务，具备良好的分析思维与技术解决问题的能力。
  • 能够整合多个跨部门资源，做出高效决策。
  • 作为个人贡献者或早期领导者，具备公认的人际沟通能力和领导潜力，能够为新成员提供非正式指导与支持。
基本资格要求
  • 具备在相关领域3-5年以上的从业经验；
  • 学历要求：本科及以上学历（理工科优先），或具备相应年限的制造/IT融合领域工作经验；
  • 熟悉制造流程及相关IT系统（如MES、PLM、SCADA等）者优先；
  • 具备AI开发经验者优先考虑，如曾参与机器学习模型部署、预测性维护系统开发、图像识别质检等智能制造相关AI项目；
  • 具备基础的数据分析与处理能力，了解工业大数据应用场景者优先。

  • 能够影响他人并带领小型团队完成项目目标；
  • 有能力主导中等规模且具有一定影响力的项目；
