- Lead the strategy and execution to reduce supplier (Scope 3) emissions, reporting to the Procurement Transformation Senior Manager. Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams globally.Key Responsibilities: * Develop & execute Scope 3 emissions reduction plans for key materials (metals, electronics, components).
  • Integrate sustainability criteria into sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and negotiations.
  • Engage strategic suppliers to set emission baselines and co-create decarbonization targets.
  • Enable suppliers on carbon accounting, LCA, and low-carbon solutions.
  • Analyze emissions data to identify reduction levers (recycled content, renewable energy).
  • Collaborate with Engineering on sustainable design and material alternatives.
  • Manage supplier sustainability assessments and emissions data collection.
  • Monitor regulations impacting supplier compliance.
  • Develop sustainability KPIs, support ESG reporting (CDP, EcoVadis), and report progress to leadership.
  • Drive innovation in circularity and supply chain resilience.
Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred); MBA a plus.
  • Experience: 8+ years in global Procurement/Supply Chain Sustainability, preferably in industrial electronics/manufacturing. Commodity knowledge (semiconductors, PCB, PCBA) preferred.
Skills: * Expertise in Scope 3 emissions reduction and sustainability integration.
  • Strong data analytics, project management, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in matrixed, multicultural environments.
  • Customer focus, adaptability, and prioritization in fast-paced settings.
  • Fluent English (written/spoken); other languages advantageous.
  • Flexibility for international travel and time zones.
