Join us to Play, Grow and Win - together.ABOUT THE POSITIONResponsibilities:

与美术总监一起审核客户发过来的需求包，检查参考材料或者需求是否存在任何问题；
保证团队中所有的美术师能够清楚项目中的美术制作要求以及项目特定需求；
配合美术总监和制作人组建团队并且估算项目时长；
分析客户的介绍和工作流程文件，提出优化建议，并培训团队中的美术师；
根据计划表检查日常工作并将产生的风险及解决方案通知给制作人；
日常对团队中的每一位美术师进行评估，以便尽快发现并消除任何可能出现的问题；
需在美术师完成重要的WIP（Working In Process）阶段时，在美术总监或者是美术师的电脑上准备所有资产以便美术总监进行评估，并且在美术总监评估之前做好基本的质量控制评审；
确保美术师能够完全理解客户的反馈并审查其是否能实现反馈要求；
评估团队成员的日常表现；
评估美术师的能力并为他们制定改进目标；
与技术美术师沟通，解释技术支持需求并推进解决方案的实施。

Qualifications:

有次时代相关写实的场景、道具以及材质（角色）的创建经验；
有至少4年的PC/主机游戏全周期的角色建模、纹理和阴影经验；
以角色美术师的身份发行过两款或者更多的游戏；
能够展示次时代主机游戏的制作模型和材质示例；
良好的团队合作精神，积极主动并且有优秀的沟通交流技巧；
深入的了解完整的游戏制作和开发流程；
精通Autodesk Maya3DsMax 或者Blender，能以此创建符合PC/掌机端游戏技术要求的美术资产；
精通Adobe Photoshop和Substance Toolsets，能够基于原画或者照片创建次时代写实风格的材质；
有Zbrush高解析雕刻经验并能沿用其到游戏内资产；
深入了解次时代材质和着色器，能够达到多种不同的角色美术的表面质量的要求；
擅长平衡游戏引擎中的美术质量和性能，包括但不限于Unreal，Unity以及Cry Engine；
对创作优秀的游戏拥有热情。
