To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and Requirements岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：负责安卓软件核心新功能的端到端交付。本岗位需融合技术洞察力与项目执行力，以及强烈的责任心，以确保新功能高质、高效、有序地交付。技术方案主导： 将产品需求转化为清晰、可执行的技术方案。负责评估技术可行性，定义关键指标，为项目的成功奠定基础。跨团队协作： 作为工程团队的接口人，协调相关方制定详细交付计划，确保所有团队在项目目标和时间线上保持一致。项目交付管理： 对项目最终交付结果负责。工作内容包括主动识别和管理风险、解决各类障碍，确保项目按时、按质完成。其他STPM团队工作： 参与并支持STPM团队内的其他工作。岗位要求/Job Requirements：5年以上手机软件相关经验。3年以上项目管理经验。熟悉 Android架构及技术原理，有安卓软件开发经验者优先。具备出色的沟通协调能力。良好的英语口语及读写能力。Additional Locations:
