- Reports directly to the CEO
- Oversees a team of 11 to 20 people
- Lead and manage the product R&D team, guiding, training, and enhancing team capabilities
- Communicate with foreign clients for new product development, key technology integration, and project management experience
- Define and scope new product design and development requirements, establish new product specifications
- Understand electronic weighing products, product definitions, and quality regulatory requirements, and maintain oversight throughout the project
- Manage, control, track, coordinate, and plan project implementation to ensure timely completion, optimizing development processes, promoting cross-departmental cooperation, and ensuring smooth project and production progress; advance continuous product improvement, performance, structure, and process optimization
- Estimate and control project costs, timelines, and human resources, conduct project risk analysis and management
- Possess a quality management background, understand quality management tools such as FMEA, and be familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485 operations
- Coordinate and manage project-related suppliers or third parties
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field, fluent in English with over 5 years of product development experience within a formal R&D management system
- Excellent learning ability, can withstand high work pressure, has a deep understanding of electronic weighing products; experience in the medical device industry is preferred
- Awareness of technical products (both technical and commercial)
- Strong logical and goal-oriented, able to quickly organize complex product development processes and issues
- Familiar with the entire process of electronic product requirement definition, R&D, testing, and production
- Knowledgeable in R&D project management processes, quality control methods, risk control techniques, and related certification knowledge
- Strong communication skills, execution ability, and ability to drive progress, skilled in cross-departmental coordination and resource integration
