Now, we are looking for a new colleague with SDE expertise in mechanical & electronic parts for our Chassis Solution Technology at our Shanghai location.What you can look forward to as a SDE - Mechanical & Electronical Parts?
  • Overall supplier management within commodity of mechanical and electronic parts such as wire forming, sensor, connector, harness, solenoid or assembly parts...etc.
  • Manage supplier APQP activities to ensure project flawless launch.
  • Take the initiative and necessary actions to ensure the suppliers meet all requirements and specifications during every business phase.
  • Close monitoring of supplier KPI and drive continuous improvement to meet targets.
  • Perform supplier process audit. Leading escalated quality topics and support VAVE activity
  • Lead the development of new suppliers in collaboration with the purchasing department to fulfill the business strategy.
Your profile as a SDE - Mechanical & Electrical Parts:
  • Mechanical or tooling design background. 5+ years of automotive business experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality or supplier management, be familiar with machining parts or bearing parts manufacturing process techniques and quality standards.
  • Familiar with AIAG Quality tools, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FEMA..etc.
  • VDA 6.3 Auditor, certificate is a plus. Six Sigma Green Belt (recommended).
  • Good Problem-Solving techniques experience (mandatory). Good teamwork sense and practices.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and local language Chinese. Able to conduct frequent travel nationwide.
