Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionNew project launch, QG process / 新项目导入，QG流程Provide RFQ based on customer input基于客户提供的相关信息，提供产品报价Contact window with customer on project schedule and delivery作为与客户对接窗口，制定新项目，新产品排程及交期Coordinate internally for project launch readiness (Process, Material, Tooling..)生产内部协调跟踪，确保材料，夹具等相关准备按照项目计划周期进行EWAK and C/D-sample planning, production.EWAK,C/D-sample样件计划排程及生产Following sample quality and On time delivery确保样件满足质量要求，及时交付Engineer Change owner / 工程变更负责人Coordinate to define ECR implementation date协调内外部门制定工程变更执行时间（比如和原材料计划员 确认材料交期，和测试确认程序准备等）Follow up ECR status跟踪ECR 执行状态KPI monitoring and action plan监控ECR指标，针对不达标项，采取必要行动Drive Quality & Cost & Delivery KPIs 驱动产品的质量、成本及交付达到各项指标Prepare the monthy QCD KPI report and action defined with owner 每月完成QCD KPI报告,与责任人制定改进计划Customer visit / audit 主导客户到访及审核Regulr meeting with lead plant for KPI sharing and lesson learnt与lead plant 定期报告KPI 现状，经验学习分享Quality issue support for delivery fulfillment, risk assesement if deviation existing协助质量事故处理， 确保产品及时交付。当产品质量有偏差时，协调风险评估Owner for existing process improvement for cost reduction Chair RPP activity for target achievement 主导现有工艺流程的成本改进，主导RPP项目实施，达成指标Perform task's assigned by planning manager 执行M-KAM分配的工作Support fix assest and budget plan协助固定资产投资计划及预算Owner for Control Plan, Process Flow and FMEA creation and update负责产品控制计划，工艺流程，实效模式与影响分析 的建立及更新。Support BPS engineer to setup logitics flow setup/maintain with customer协助BPS工程师建立及维护与客户间的logitics flowNew line release/new process/process change for customer approval针对新生产线，新工艺流程或现有工艺流程的改变，按照相应要求获得客户批准Qualifications
