- Regional price strategy in line with global guidelines for OEM and disti price book, to achieve BG objectives in terms of price erosion, margin and revenue optimization
- Lead and manage regional marketing teams to ensure effectiveness and consistency across all regional marketing efforts.
- Translate price trends and market requirements toward BGs as input to cost reduction roadmaps and margin optimization efforts
- Rigorously drive Culture of Performance throughout organization
- Manage relationship at senior level with key partners and internal stakeholders
- Participate and add to the strategy of the Global Commercial Marketing team
- Experienced in dealing with global OEM channels and partners, building and maintaining good relationships with them
- Good knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers and/or supply chains
- Microsoft Office skills (EXCEL, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Spotfire tool
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English
- The ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple global internal and external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
