- Responsible forpension and non-citizen employees' insurance and housing fund and
- In charge of check staff attendance, compensation, leave and overtime management.
- Handle employee complain and dispute case. Investigates the discipline case if needs and consults with HODs on appropriate action.
- To be responsible for the management of staff canteen, locker room etc to ensure they are well operated and maintained.
- Check according to hotel policy.
- Transfer and split all kinds of forms.
- Assist in the routine function of PersonnelAdministration as well as talent welfare & benefit and all talentactivities.
- Assist in the communication flow to all hotel talentthrough notice board, newsletter. Bulletin and directs communication with talentregarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
- Prepare Talent Restaurants Voucher for each department.
- Assist HRM Manager management talentcanteen and get satisfied survey.
- Make department attendance record.
- Draft part of HR documents.
- Good computerskills and management ability.
- 1 yearssupervisory experience in related working experience
- Can complete eachwork task designated in the above Job Description independently with goodcommunication & coordination capability
