And we will be better with you.The planning supervisor will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities including S&OP process, demand planning and material requirement plan and inventory management.What you will do:
  • Liaise with business team, update and evaluate rolling sales forecast, develop criteria for reasonable forecast accuracy.
  • Manages S&OP process, balance demand projections with capacity and resale inventory.
  • Develop material requirement plan for purchasing to order material from affiliates and external supplier, track material arrival schedule and advise production schedule.
  • Setup sufficient safety stock to secure continuity of supply and increase inventory turnover.
You have a 360° customer-oriented mind-set:
  • Work closely with sales, customer Service, purchasing and operations and other related departments to ensure timely and proper execution.
  • Interact with and follow up related requirements of Regions and Corporate.
Your technical skills should include:
  • Direct and administer demand planning, scheduling and inventory control functions
  • Addresses complex problems and efficiently responds with solutions, notifies operations as appropriate
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and software tools to analyze data, interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions.
  • High degree of communication and negotiation skill.
