Senior Business Manager for Emerging CSP - Beijing

• Represent Seagate as a Senior account manager to bring Seagate's value with your subordinates - Account Rep. to Seagate's named and targeting development CSP customers in China
• You will be also working with internal teams to assist customers in enjoying Seagate's products, technologies and services to team up for achieving the company business target on finance, market share and customer total experience
• People management and the development of your team will be also your essential job to fulfill this role

• Have the ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with peers of cross-function teams and upper management are prerequisites to success in this position
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Have the ability to build up and maintain the strategic partnership with key customers, while getting it translated into the company's value
• Understand the Internet, Cloud and Telecom Cloud and traditional IT business
• Have the ability to uncover and analyze market needs, potential trends and formulate a comprehensive strategy in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment for products and solutions
• Fluent English communication in both speaking and writing

• People/team and account management experience in leading IT companies, Telecom/Cloud/Internet industry
• Working with Procurement/Supply Chain department in IT companies
• Cultivating new customers and building relationships at multiple levels, including the “C” level at the customer organization
• Bachelor's and/or equivalent experience
