Sales Support Specialist

• Be responsible for organizing customer information, providing customer service, and receiving and sending emails.
• Accurately and promptly input all kinds of sales and shipping data into the company's SAP system, and regularly statistically sort out the sales data.
• Be responsible for the review, management, statistics, execution and archiving of business contracts.
• Reimbursement review, sales expense statistics, fixed asset management and other administrative affairs.

• Bachelor's degree or above, outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
• More than one year of working experience as a sales assistant, business assistant or administrative assistant is preferred.
• Strong learning ability, interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Proficient in English reading and writing;
• Those with sales/administrative experience in foreign-funded enterprises will be given priority.
