Job Description:We are seeking a Branding Designer who is both highly creative and strategically minded—someone who can design visuals that are not only visually appealing but drive results. This role is pivotal in elevating our creative output to achieve measurable impact, whether in impressions, engagement, or conversion.The ideal candidate will understand the different asset needs across the marketing funnel—from Awareness through to Consideration and Purchase—and will adapt styles, layouts, and messages within Belkin’s brand guidelines to ensure each asset is both brand-consistent and performance-driven.Projects include e-commerce content, campaigns, social media, DTC website, packaging, tradeshows/events, retail merchandising, multimedia/web, and collateral.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Strategic DesignDevelop creative concepts aligned with specific objectives of the brief ensuring relevance and effectiveness for each stage of the marketing funnel.Adhere to brand standards across all touchpoints.Design and produce high-quality assets for packaging, digital, multimedia, retail and marketing campaigns.Ensure designs are optimized for engagement and conversion, especially for eCommerce channels (dotcom, Amazon, marketplaces).Apply a test-and-learn approach, using performance insights to iterate and improve creatives.Art Direction & Content Creation – for photo & video shootsStoryboard and art direct photo and video shoots for both product and lifestyle imagery.Coordinate with the in-house Photo Studio team for shoots, ensuring visuals align with campaign objectives.Oversee and concept social media content tailored for audience engagement and brand affinity.Direct visual style and tone while collaborating with copywriters for cohesive messaging.Agency & Vendor ManagementServe as a key liaison between Belkin and external creative agencies, acting as an extended arm of our organization.Prepare and deliver clear, detailed creative briefs to agency partners.Lead and guide agencies to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and creative standards.Review and provide constructive feedback to ensure the final output fulfills the brief, meets quality standards, and achieves campaign objectives.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with other designers, renderers, copywriters, and marketing team members to deliver cohesive and effective collaterals.Collaborate with external agencies to ensure alignment with Belkin’s visual identity and performance goals.Brand Consistency & Quality ControlEnsure brand message and visual identity are consistent across all media and channels.Maintain 100% accuracy in all produced materials with thorough proofing.Time ManagementTrack project timelines and upload final deliverables to the respective asset repositories.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.Ability to work under pressure to manage different projects and channel assetsCore CompetenciesStrategic Creativity – Ability to merge brand aesthetics with marketing effectiveness.Quality Focus – Meticulous attention to detail and polished execution.Problem-Solving – Ability to simplify complex challenges and find effective solutions.Communication Skills – Clear and persuasive verbal, written, and visual communication.Sense of Urgency – Ability to prioritize, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines.Teamwork – Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and diverse ideas.Adaptable & Flexible – creative mindset to wear different creative caps for different channel assetsTiming flexibility as we work in different time zones with the US, where there will be early morning calls and demands for longer working hours during peak periodsEducation & Experience RequirementsBFA in Graphic Design or equivalent.Minimum 5 years’ experience as a graphic designer, preferably in consumer brands or agencies.Proven track record of designing for various funnel stages with measurable results.Photo art direction experience for both product and lifestyle imagery.Experience managing complex video production projects (studio and location).It is advantageous to have experience briefing, managing, and evaluating creative agency partners.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint; web proficiency a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.What you’re getting intoWe’ve got big collaborative spaces for your big ideas, so bring an open mind and leave your suit in the closet.
