生产线设备维护与维修. * Production line tool maintenance and management.生产线上工具的保养和管理。 * Line processes support and trouble shooting on production floor.产线制程技术支持与问题解决。 * Line programming support and trouble shooting on production floor.产线程序技术支持与问题解决。 * Improve first pass yeild (FPY) of production line=Improve quality business together with Engineer.提升生产线的一次通过率。 * Improve equipment utilization of production line together.提升生产线的设备利用效率。 * Participate daily Q-base meeting when necessary.如有需要，参加每日Q-base会议。 * Close cooperation with production team.与生产部门的人员密切配合。 * Total productivity maintenance (TPM) experts of production line, and responsible for effective TPM.生产线全面生产维护的专家，并负责全面生产维护的有效执行。 * Support machine supplier for modification or repair equipment.支持设备供应商改造和维修设备。 * Monthly meeting with Engineer Supervisor to discuss the actual problems from the last month =Improve the quality of the machines.月度和主管一起讨论发生的问题=〉改进机器的质量 * Training production people (process + equipment).培训生产线人员（制程 + 设备）。 * Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumable parts of production line.负责生产线的备件与易耗品使用的控制。 * EWAK, d-sample production support.支持EWAK, d-sample。 * Assignments of special tasks.其他可能分配的特殊任务。 * On-call to support machine or process trouble shooting if necessary.如有需要，电话待命来支持生产线的设备或制程问题的解决。 * Owner of Equipment 5S and safety issue.负责生产线设备的5S和安全问题。QualificationsTechnical school, major in mechanical or electrical.机械或电子类技校或大专毕业。Not less than 3 years experience in electronic industries.三年以上电子制造业从业经验。Be able to read and interpret machine drawings, electrical schematics, etc.能够阅读和理解设备机械组装图、电气原理图，等。
