For more information about Solenis, please visit .Job SummaryIn charge Demand Plan and Supply Plan, Manage Forecast accuracy with Sales, revise demand plan in SAP. Follow purchasing order delivery on time and the direct ship to customer，keep OTIF achieve target. Manage aged and slow moving inventory in every warehouse, take actions and push Sales to clean stock. Responsible for managing S&OP processKey Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end demand planning and supply planning activities, collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Update and revise demand plans within SAP to reflect market changes, sales trends, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor purchase order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery, including direct shipments to customers, with a focus on meeting OTIF (On-Time In-Full) targets.
  • Track and manage aged and slow-moving inventory across all warehouses, develop action plans, and work with sales teams to reduce excess stock.
  • Lead and coordinate the S&OP process, facilitating cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and other stakeholders to balance supply and demand.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in demand/supply planning, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems for planning and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret forecast data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes and inventory optimization techniques.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting OTIF targets and reducing excess inventory.
