- Lead team members to safety, high-quality, and efficiently complete equipment maintenance tasks to ensure stable operation of production equipment.
- Cross-departmental cooperation, responsible for the closed-loop management of repair task orders from other departments, ensuring the needs of stakeholders are met.
- Assist department leaders in managing department safety, fixed asset management, personnel attendance, and other daily management tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and training for equipment maintenance.
- Other tasks assigned by the department leader.
- Based on the condition of the equipment, develop a reasonable preventive maintenance plan and implement it.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the company's automation and digital transformation projects and participating in the installation and commissioning of equipment facilities.
- Responsible for mechanical safety, process safety, electrical safety, construction contractor safety management, completion and passing internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that SHE considerations are integrated into production planning, facility design, and process improvements.
- Assist in managing department system documents, safety management, factory fixed assets, spare parts, and 5S management.
- Assist in organizing relevant training for the maintenance team, providing mechanical technology and electrical resource support to improve work skills .
- Education level: Bachelor.
- Major: automation, industrial engineering, information technology.
- More than 2 years relevant working experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Participating in equipment/facility digital and intelligent transformation projects is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
