If so, this role could be an exciting opportunity for you.The Internal Audit team in Haleon is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance to the Audit & Risk Committee and Senior Management. We collaborate and partner with our business stakeholders on the shared goal of reducing risk to Haleon. We are in the unique position to view across the Haleon global enterprise, connecting insights and sharing learnings in the risk space through our assurance and advisory product portfolio.As a Senior Auditor, you will be part of a Global team based in APAC, leading and performing efficient and effective assurance and advisory reviews in APAC region and across the Global. The ideal candidate is an experienced Audit professional aspiring to grow in their career as a leader in the Audit field. This position will be based in Shanghai.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and meaningful assurance outputs in alignment with our audit manual and standards. This includes not only identifying gaps in control and risk management, but also actively sharing good practices and insights cross Haleon.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively throughout the life cycle of assurance engagements, providing constructive challenges and fostering collaboration.
  • Support Audit Leadership team for stakeholder management, risk insights sharing and contribute knowledge/insights for audit strategy development.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects to promote excellence and drive efficiencies in ways of working.
  • Demonstrate the ability to challenge the status quo, adopting a flexible approach to work, rebalancing priorities where necessary and solving problems creatively.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, working effectively across multi-cultural teams while actively contributing to a vibrant, values-based work environment.
  • Demonstrate strong accountability in developing self and others, proactively seeking feedback and opportunities for developments, and actively giving feedback and coaching to support others' growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 to 10 years prior audit experience, ideally with combined experience in a Big4 firm and Finance/Commercial experience in FMCG or Healthcare industry.
  • Travel is required for this role (25% to 30%).
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese are required, as this role will liaise and interact with senior stakeholders in China, wider APAC and global functions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate for impact
  • Strong data analytic skills
