Job Description主要工作职责：1.落地健康发展部战略和年度工作重点，制定辖区年度策略并制定团队工作计划，跟进执行与业务结果，以提升公司疫苗产品的可及性和可支付性，影响并支持公司战略和中央市场策略的制定和落地2.推动辖区相关政策法规的出台，支持相关政策法规的解读工作，评估业务影响并给予业务建议3.管理辖区内区域级疫苗关键决策人(KDM)，制定管理流程和管理工具，推动区域疫苗政策平台的搭建，建立区域疫苗政策讲师团队，与区域级公共卫生行政主管部门设计并执行相关政企合作项目，树立公司在中国疫苗行业的企业形象4.关注和推动参与有公司疫苗相关的区域公费市场项目 (PIP/CIP)，制定区域管理策略，提升产品可及性和品牌知晓率5.协同影响省级中长期以疫苗产品价值为基础的招标采购政策的制定，支持省级年度招标准入工作6.支持公司或产品的危机事件处理，通过与关键决策人(KDM)的有效互动，降低公司风险7.管理辖区团队的日常拜访、会议执行、项目推动，及活动预算等工作的计划制定和实施客户关系管理：1.与区域级疫苗关键决策人建立和维护长期良好的合作关系，包括但不限于省市卫健委，省市疾控局，省市疾控中心，省市教育部门，省市财政、省市药监局、省妇联等相关行政管理部门，以及行业政策专家、政策研究机构及学会等。2.整合公司内部资源以实现辖区工作目标，推动业绩目标达成，包括但不限于市场部、联盟与客户互动团队、政府事务与市场准入部、医学部等。人员管理/团队领导力：1.领导辖区团队实现工作目标2.提供疫苗管理团队常规报告和业务建议，支持业务决策3.激励团队，选拔人才，能力辅导以及关键人员发展4.确保团队合规运营等Current Employees applyCurrent Contingent Workers applySearch Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully
