We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Partner with the bestAs a Manufacture Engineer - Valve, you will provide support for solving technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.As a Manufacture Engineer - Valve, you will be responsible for:· Establishing training system to operators (training/qualification material package preparation, as a trainer to qualify EE.)· Overseeing production efficiency and FPY improvement by process optimization and tooling/fixture upgraded.· Reviewing customer specification and routing creation and WI preparation· Leading process routing verification and routing CT accuracy maintenance· Identifying and preparing new tools & fixtures for new orders and new products· Leading to drive process lean/efficiency improvement and manufacturing issue trouble shoot· Responding quickly to production concern investigation and action plan follow up. (EHS concern, customer complaint, voice from operators.)Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:· Have a good education background in Mechanics.· Have 2+ years working experience in Mechanical Manufacturing. Familiar with the codes related to Valve Industry. ASTM/ASME/API/ANSI knowledge is an advantage· Be Matured, patient and detail-oriented. Have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff· Have good skills in reading and writing English· Have hands-on skills to support production· Have good knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Outlook, IE, etc.)Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
