- Coordinate and perform customer account opening, provide coaching to client to well fill the account opening docs and help client to collect company docs for account and KYC purpose.
- Drive implementation of various cash products. Such as E-bank, Sweeping.
- Provide training to E-bank end user, to ensure the system is delivered professionally and in a coordinate manner
- Handle customer enquiry on E-bank related, provide solution for problem solving.
- Should have the skill, ability, experience and confidence to navigate the bank and business partners to ensure account opening and implementation tasks are completed on time.
- Other activities will be delegated by the TL, Client onboarding team, as needs arise. These may include development of improvement to client coaching / Business Implementation related procedures.
- Degree holder in Business related subjects.
- 5-10 years of experience in handling account opening and or Business Implementation, preferably in the fields of banking and finance.
- Experience in team management is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel Power query, PowerPoint applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good service mindset, interpersonal and communication skills
- Attentive to details, and be able to work under pressure independently.
