Job ResponsibilityLooking for person with technical capability ,mindset of quick response and risk assessment , work with global team and implementation of SIOP,JE IQ ,Power BI in projects and drive 4-4-4Main Job Duties:- Enquiries of new project-request for quotation/quick quotation of part cost & tooling quotation;- Project time line /milestone preparation based on 4-4-4 &follow up until SOP with PBI and closed loop system- Lead and Work with cross functional team to resolve the issues- Regular telephones conf. meeting with customers & internal teams;- Project progress update presentation to management;- Ensure new projects are meeting the criteria on Time, Quality and Costs.- Spare part quotation and order follow up- Documentation of component, mold and machine shipments- Invoicing of shipped items- Work closely with internal divisions and logistic team regarding shipments- Communicate with Oversea customer on shipments of mold, machine and componentsExperience / Job Knowledge / Special Skills:- Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience- Good understanding of project planning, project work flow, quote method, shipment flow- Good documentation and communication skills;- Able to work in a cross-functional and cross cultural-team environment.;- Able to speak in English and understanding capabilities- Strong analytical and calculating skills- Knowledge on PBI ,presentation and AI aspectsCompetencies:- Liaise and communicate effectively with customers and internal team- Know how on project management, logistic method , flow and government procedures- Basic understanding of quote method of mold/dies and assy machines- Documentation- Basic understanding of component manufacturing, plastic injection/metal stamping or machine buildingLanguage Skills:- English –Basic Writing and speaking skills- Chinese – fluent spoken & written Mandarin.Come join our global, inclusive & diverse teamOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
