Guarantee our product quality meet standards and customer expectation.How will you make a difference?As a member of the quality group/division, you will be responsible for respond customer’s claim and NCR. Implement investigation and prepare/upload 8D report in portal and review all NCR progress with customer to closure. Prepare quality relevant documents of projects and manage internal FAI of devices and CFAI with customer.What do we want to know about you?

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
More than 3 years of EMS factory SQE work experience, familiar with components, sheet metal processing, machining, PCB, PCBA, die-casting, injection molding production process and surface treatment
Familiar with relevant international standards such as IPC6012, IPC610, IPC600, IPC620, ISO2768-1, ISO2768-2, etc.
Statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
Strong oral and written communication skills

What will your typical day look like?

Ensure Supplier Quality for the assigned commodity

- Perform assessment and re-assessment audits (Generic and Special processes) at suppliers in commodity panel and follow-up the defined actions in link to these audits as per WT rules-Follow Project deliverables in link with PPAPs (Initial sample releases and FAIs) at suppliers in link to release of new parts-Process re-qualification at main suppliers in the panel to ensure quality standard and continuous supplier development-Execute supplier development programs with suppliers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing)-Follow Top Offender meetings and QBR/QQR with main suppliers of assigned (sub-)commodity

Ensure resolution of Critical supplier issues (Hot Issues) within the commodity in cooperation with PL/ Site Quality, Engineering and Project Management:

- Ensure proper root cause analysis at suppliers and highlight needed internal improvements in link to significant supplier issues- Ensure implementation and efficiency of corrective / preventive actions at suppliers for these significant supplier issues- Support effective COPQ recovery process from suppliers in cooperation with Commodity Lead Buyers and PL / Site organization (Quality, Purchasing, Project Management)- Regular review and reporting of status and progress of these Critical supplier issues to SQD Responsible

Support to SQD responsible on building expertise to drive long term improvement; resulting in significant quality business impact; improvement in Supplier Quality processes and standards, supplier capability development, ensuring sustainable improvement
