Control & regulate the quality and capability of gas products, supervise the plant production, be responsible for the shift field safety, Efficient/reliable Operation for the plant, safety inspection and the general inspection, assist the engineers to finish the maintenance and implement Preventive maintenance work and other assigned works.本岗位为倒班制，负责2套ON105空分装置和备用系统日常操作，调整控制气体产品质量和产量，确保工厂产品供应，负责工作现场安全，工厂可靠高效运行，执行安全检查及其他日常检查，协助工程师完成维修和预防维护工作，以及其他指定的任务。PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES岗位职责The lead operator assists the Production Manager/ Facility Manager, and in his absence to manage the plant routine operation. ensure compliance with process safety, MOC, and OPHR requirements. /装置经理，并在其不在时管理工厂日常运行；确保遵循工艺安全、MOC和OPHR的要求； The lead operator works closely with other operators and engineers. Responsible for the daily operation including process control, pipeline delivery systems, product quality assurance, trailer filling, routine field/equipment inspection etc. /设备日常检查等。 The lead operator ensures the LASU safety and efficiently. Involve plant preventive maintenance. Holding safety meetings, performing safety audits (including APSAM, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and report shift production progress and status. report near miss / incident occurred within shift. Improve English level constantly, being able to read the safety manual and operation manual.
Facilitate the interaction with customer, authorities and other departments. On shift emergency evacuation sponsor, crisis coordinator within shift.
Responsible for the spare parts management.
Keep in contact with suppliers, engineers, project and maintenance contractors; conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs. /参与故障排除根本原因分析； Conduct cross training with colleagues. Can take all of Level1 required skills, training and lead the way other operators; Level 1要求的技能，培训并带领其他操作员。 Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard. Safety work permit sign-off and management within shift.   • At least diploma and/or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or instrumentation and related specialty.
  • 化工、机械、电器、工业自动化或仪表相关专业大专及以上学历。
  • At least 3 years working experience with a manufacturing company；
  • 3年以上制造企业工作经验；
  • Have good safety, health and environmental knowledge and understand site safety management；
  • 具备良好的安全健康环保知识，了解现场安全管理；
  • ASU experience and English ability would be preferable.
  • 具有空分工作经验和英语能力者优先；
  • Energetic, honest, and hard working.
