Company DescriptionBosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be the main person in charge of coordinating, controlling and implementing the transfer of steering systems to our production in China. Responsibilities will be as follows:

Be responsible for following the defined Bosch PEP process to ensure project objectives (cost, time, quality). For instance, ensure target of profit, budget, technology,QG, milestone,etc
负责遵循博世定义的PEP流程，确保项目目标（成本、时间、质量）的实现。例如，确保利润目标、预算、技术、QG（质量目标）、里程碑等。
Project contracting with all related stakeholders for project organization,resources, capacities,work pakages,etc.
与所有相关方签订项目合同，明确项目组织、资源、能力、工作包等。
Leading cross functional SE-team, driving team decisions, defining measures, coordiante all internal and external parties to in line with project objectives
领导跨职能的SE团队，推动团队决策，制定措施，协调所有内外部各方以确保与项目目标一致。
Lead planning and implementation into the project. Reviewing and tracking the status with team on a regular basis.
主导项目的规划和实施。定期与团队审查和跟踪项目进展。
Reporting project status and risks, providing up-to-date information to the team, PSC, as well as to the customers
报告项目状态和风险，向团队、PSC（项目指导委员会）以及客户提供最新信息。
Responsible for fulfilling all the requirements of project
负责满足项目的所有要求。
Assure that all required project data are documented in right way.
确保所有项目数据以正确的方式记录。
Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company's objectives.
完成上级安排的其他相关任务，以实现公司目标。

Qualifications

Education学历

-Bachelor degree of mechanical, elecctronic, sales, marketing, commerce or equivalent.机械、电子、销售、市场营销、商业或相关领域的学士学位。

Skills技能

- Able to professionally use office tooling for communication.

能够熟练使用办公工具进行沟通。

- Strong oral and written communication skills for reports and stake interaction with parties concerned.

具备出色的口头和书面沟通能力，能够撰写报告并与相关方进行有效互动。

- Due to interaction levels and issues handled, strong interpersonal / negotiating skills.

由于涉及多方互动和处理复杂问题，需具备较强的人际交往和谈判能力。

- Self-motivated, flexible and a team-player.自我激励、灵活且具有团队合作精神。- Fluency communication in English (spoken and written).

流利的英语沟通能力（口语和书面）。
Experience工作经验

- At least 2 years work experience and good knowledge of the automotive industry.

至少2年工作经验，熟悉汽车行业。
- Good knowledge of the overall process of New Product Development / Introduction.
熟悉新产品开发/导入的整体流程。
