Experienced flow controller

• Efficiently manage and validate customer fcst and targetting above 75% fcst accuracy;
• Set and release suppliers forecast and manage logistic terms and conditions;
• Deploy performance improvement projects and drive KPI fulfillment (OTDs, BOL, PO_ULO etc);
• Lead shortage taskforce to Red Alert and contribute to back-to-normal;
• Ensures the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply (eg. LT&stock);
• Implement internal audit on business departments' process on regular basis to deploy I2P;
• Deploy digital tools and lean process to continuously optimize the E2E supply chain management;
• Take the lead to validate customer new projects, get quotation and complete the master data, ensure quality and on time delivery of project deliverables;
• Implement VSD/VSD with suppliers to improve the supplier SC performance;

• Strong communication skills to build up good relationship with customers and vendors;
• Introduce innovation ideas to enhance the business continuity and improve the work efficiency;
• Have strong competence on vendor capacity and supply management;
• Lead all related IG plant procurement activities required to support new product component projects.
• Provide best customer experiences from supply chain perspective;
• Being a specialist to offer and share better solutions/practice within the team;
