岗位职责:1) 负责部门内销售指标分解,并分配到每个下属销售员,定期跟进业务指标完成情况并制定团队能力发展和提升计划。2) 根据分公司的外部市场环境、当地法律法规要求、竞争对手情况,制定符合分公司更新改造业务发展的策略3) 推进改造新产品及大项目和大客户的销售。4) 能够运用销售系统管理工具、和相关财务报表等管理工具,定期回顾销售目标,并进行针对性行动计划的制定、落实、推进和跟踪。5) 与公司内部维修保养团队充分合作,推动公司品牌电梯的潜在更新改造销售机会;7) 开拓专业和多样性的销售渠道,提升市场覆盖率;8) 完善当地旧楼和旧梯市场信息收集工作,收集竞争对手情况,及时反馈到总部,推进总部产品和政策优化;10) 审阅更新改造合同,评估并确保更新改造合同的各条款能够被满足,最大限度地降低公司营运风险;11)对更新改造业务的的销售谈判提供足够、必要的支持。12) 根据业务合同的相关条款,协调、跟踪设备排产、发运和当地物料采购。岗位要求:1)本科及以上学历,机械工程、机电工程类专业优先。2)良好的沟通技巧和销售管理能力,能熟练使用电脑办公软件。3)相关销售业务管理从业经验5年以上。拥有工程背景,从事过旧楼加梯、电梯安装、维保或大修相关业务工作优先考虑。At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
