1. Create individual marketing plan for hotel to drive revenue acrossall online customers segments, and work with the Director of Sales &Marketing and Director of Revenue Management to ensure a smooth execution.2. Support Divisional Online Marketing Team to provide monthly andquarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channels, along withreturn on investment statistics. Maximize and optimize the performance of all online marketing channelsbased on these results.3. Own the results for hotel through tracking and analysis, using ourproprietary performance measurement tool and other tracking systems.4. Leverage best practices in marketing, marketing operations andreporting to Divisional Online Marketing team.5. Demonstrate effective and appropriate interaction with guestswhilst maintaining a professional approach and image.6. Possess a high level of product and service knowledge in order topromote services and facilities to customers.7. Pursueincreased responsibility.8. Undertake additional duties asrequested by the Department Head and Hotel Management.9. Abide by the hotel Employee Handbook.10. Abide by both the hotel and Marriott policies and procedures.11. Abide by the hotel Code of Conduct.12. Handle cash, Pool House Bank ,Cheques, credit cards, bills, overages/shortages in accordance with hotel andMarriott policy compliance. Follow all company policies and procedures.
