Job Description:1. Job Purpose:( the statement of job purpose in one or two clear and concise sentences )Providing in site and on site technical support for rigids business such as Panel, Pipe composite and other applications mainly in appliance industry2. Principal Accountabilities:( the major end results the job is expected to achieve )a) Fully complies with HPU policy and Local EHS regulationb) Maintains and optimizes the innovation portfolio for Rigids for the part of appliance-Identifies customer’s activities and needs-Develops the products as the marketing requirementsc) Provides technical support/training for the key customers-Provides product/technical introduction to new customers-Ensures the customer understanding HPU product portfolio-Conduct the trials and pilot production for the customers-Provides technical solution and develop the products as customer’s requirements-Communicate with customers to identify the trials and follows the feedbackd) Handles the complains / trouble shooting-Provides trouble shooting timely and effectively-Work with sales, R&D, customer service and QA to resolve customer complaints timely and effectivelye) Market Intelligence-collects up-to-date market intelligence from relevant industries, the customers and the competitors and aware of the regulations timeline.3. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed( education, experience, skills and training required for the job )Education:Minimum bachelor degree of polymer scienceExperiences:At least 5-8 years chemical related work experience. The experience in PU appliance is optimal.Skill:
MS Office functionalitiesTraining:Updated PU Rigids knowledge/technology/process, Product development skills, Customer Service skills, Problem-Solving skillsAdditional Locations:
