The Impact You'll MakeEnsure Material procurement physical flow is smoothly running, and work together with Purchasing department to manage supplier, keep high level vendor reliability.What You'll Be Doing
  • Services to global sales company and external customers
  • Feedback order delivery status and update order confirmation according to production planning.
  • Issue delivery note to warehouse, coordinate shipment with warehouse.
  • Arrange export delivery, provide shipping documents, and coordinate shipment with import/export dept.
  • Be responsible for SAP master data.
  • Product phase in/phase out management.
  • Problem solving related to customer service, production planning, supplier management.
  • Inventory management.
  • Optimize Logistics SAP and physical flow for sales, procurement, production plan.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • More than 3 years of experience in supply Chain (related to materials planning, procurement)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Computer skill: SAP, Excel, Power BI
  • Good communication skill
  • Continue improvement mindset
