Responsible for the overall calculation and design of HAVC systems in accordance with project requirements and client specifications and national codes, including but not limited to air-conditioning system, de-smoke systems and process exhaust systems, etc.
据项目需求、业主技术规范和国家相关规范要求负责项目各阶段的HVAC系统设计计算和图纸设计工作，包括但不限空调系统、防排烟系统和工艺排气系统等
Lead the team to complete the detailed design of HVAC systems, review design drawings, technical parameters, and solve key technical problems in the design process;
带领团队完成 HVAC 系统详细设计，审核设计图纸和技术参数，并解决设计过程中的关键技术问题；
Track cutting-edge HVAC technologies in the industry, promote technology optimization and application, and reduce project energy consumption and operation costs;
跟踪行业前沿 HVAC 技术，推动技术优化与应用，降低项目能耗与运营成本；
Leading and coordinating discipline interface;
主导和协调项目专业间界面提交及工作界面划分等；
System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval;
项目技术图纸审核和批准、技术参数和样本审核和批准等工作；
Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination;
协调项目施工、调试、进度、质量和安全工作；
Participate in the preparation of technical proposals for project bidding, provide professional technical support, and assist the business team in project negotiation;
参与项目招投标技术方案编制，提供专业技术支持，协助商务团队完成项目洽谈；Requirements岗位要求：
Bachelor degree or above in Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning engineering or relevant;
供热通风与空调工程或相关专业本科或以上学历；
Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company;
在设计院或工程公司有超过10年工作经验；
Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred;
有半导体/制药行业相关项目经验者优先；
English working capability is preferred;
英文工作能力者优先；
Familiar with CAD application;
能熟练操作运用CAD等绘图软件；
Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and Carrier HAP software is preferred;
