2. Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with teams such as product, operations, compliance, customer service, and marketing to align priorities, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum on projects.
3. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
4. Metrics & Reporting: Define program success metrics, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
5. Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks to program execution and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
6. Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for the customer by ensuring programs prioritize user needs and deliver meaningful improvements in experience and satisfaction.职位要求:1、本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉欧洲等平台和产品法规者优先；具备电商等公司的项目管理经验者优先；
3、能够在快节奏工作环境中进行多线程工作，有效管理时间；
4、具备出色的数据分析能力（如Tableau，Power BI等），项目洞察力和执行力；
5、熟悉客户体验指标（如NPS、留存率等）优先；持有PMP或相关资格认证者优先；
6、优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力，能够与各级利益相关方高效沟通；具备主人翁意识，能主动解决复杂问题，确保项目顺利交付。1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Priority will be given to those familiar with platforms and product regulations in Europe and other regions; those with project management experience in e-commerce and other companies are preferred;
3. Able to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment and manage time effectively;
4. Possess excellent data analysis skills (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.), project insight and execution capabilities;
5. Priority will be given to those familiar with customer experience indicators (such as NPS, retention rate, etc.); those holding PMP or related qualification certifications are preferred;
6. Excellent oral and written English communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with stakeholders at all levels; possess a sense of ownership, can proactively solve complex problems, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
