Develop daily production plans based on customer demand, material availability, and capacity status; monitor plan attainment to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods. Create and release purchase orders, check component availability, and coordinate with the IG site to track orders and ensure timely delivery. Identify and resolve issues that may impact the production schedule and customer delivery. Control inventory levels to ensure they remain within a reasonable and efficient range. Apply appropriate planning parameters and propose improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor. You bring Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in shop floor manufacturing or production planning. Proficient in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word). Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or other ERP/planning systems is a plus. Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a proactive work attitude.
