这是一项3至4个月的带薪培训项目。公司将会安排有经验的三维角色美术师进行指导及管理授课。如果培训生能够顺利完成我们的培训课程并通过我们的最后测试，将有机会加入维塔士，参与到高水准的次时代游戏制作。Qualifications:任职要求:

大专及以上学历，艺术类相关院校或专业（包括动画，影视动画，数字媒体艺术，游戏美术，工业设计，国画，油画，雕塑，版画，建筑设计，纺织/时装设计等）或对美术兴趣浓厚，具有一定的绘画功底
基本会操作三维软件（ZBRush,3D Max, Maya或Blender, Substance Painter或Photoshop）
良好的交流能力和团队合作精神
对游戏有一定了解，热爱游戏行业并且热衷于游戏制作
