Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Test TechnicianDepartment: Engineering, Rig Operations – Power Systems AsiaLocation: SuzhouReports To: Senior Manager, Rig Operations – Power System AsiaJob SummaryThe Senior Test Bench Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining test equipment to evaluate the functionality, performance, and reliability of loose engine products and Genset products. This role involves executing test procedures, troubleshooting issues, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Setup & Execution:- Assemble and configure test benches, fixtures, and equipment according to engineering specifications.- Perform functional, environmental, and durability tests on loose engine products and Genset products- Follow standardized test protocolsTroubleshooting & Maintenance:- Identify and diagnose test failures or equipment malfunctions.- Calibrate and maintain test instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).- Collaborate with the testbench leader to resolve technical issues and improve test processes.Data Collection & Reporting:- Record test data accurately using logs, spreadsheets, or specialized software.- Generate test reports highlighting pass/fail results, deviations, and observations.- Ensure compliance with documentation and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Safety & Compliance:- Adhere to safety protocols- Maintain a clean and organized test environment.Qualifications & Skills:- Junior college in electronics, engineering technology, or related field- Electrician certificate 低压电工作业证 (Special operation certificate 特种作业操作证) is required.- 3+ years in a testing, manufacturing, or electronical, test lab operation role.- Familiarity with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, data acquisition systems).- Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions.- Good skills in Microsoft Office.- Ability of read and write in English is preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Job CategoryField ServicesPosting Date07 Jul 2025; 00:07
