Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionResponsibilities：You need to take both mechanical design scope and PDM (product data management) daily support service scope.1) Mechanical Designer Scope:- Be responsible for the assigned customer / internal project in mechanical design of top system, sub-assembly and component- Be responsible for the design management and communication inside and outside of the mechanical design team- Be responsible for the specification analysis and check in mechanical design of top system, sub-assembly, and component- Create and maintenance the Bill of Material of mechanic system- Create and maintenance the modeling and drawing of mechanic system and component- Be responsible for the interface design among sub-systems and component- Be responsible for the packaging / interface checking and analysis- Be responsible for the design analysis of tolerance stack up calculation, FMEA,- Ensure the implementation of countermeasures from CAE report, test report, customer concerns, RPP, ec.- Participate and support the simultaneous engineering work with other departments and supplier- Support the planning of the release activities and responsible for the level release of mechanical design- Be responsible for the design review of mechanical design during project development and issue the risk assessment- Construction process documentation and maintenance mechanical design- Be responsible for the mechanical design change and track the change management progress2) PDM Daily Support Service Scope: - Fast response support of Product Data Management service - Provide Document OFficer service support and others in RB system to JnaP & BHSS(POE,ECMF,RACE etc.)- Provide Window Person service support in RB system to BHSS(POE, ECMF, Windchill) - Communicate and negotiate BHSS / JnaP yearly service package agreement and Purchasing contract- Support for service bill quarterly and summarize the service data according to the requirement- Prepare training materials and quotation special for plants training (POE,ECMF,RACE etc.);- Communicate with Global resp. dept for progress / tech. improvementQualifications- Bachelor / Master's Degree in Engineering, if have the automotive experience is better- Good knowledge of the product development background with clear design change management process and procedure.- Good knowledge of CAD software (Pro/E ), MS-Office, SAP; if understand the RB ENG system is better.- Have good ability of teamwork and communication- Good English communication in written and oral
